Refund & Cancellation Policy

How subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work at NANDINI.

1. Overview

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for the NANDINI gamification platform, operated by NANDINI Interactive Labs, Ghattekulo, Kathmandu, Nepal. It applies to paid subscription plans and to done-for-you campaign services.

2. Free plan

Our Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment details. You can use it for as long as you like. Because no payment is taken, no refund applies to the Free plan.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Plans are arranged with our team and paid by invoice, or processed by a third-party payment provider where available. Annual plans are offered at a discount equivalent to two months free.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then.
  • Your subscription is not renewed for the next period, and no further charges are made.
  • At the end of the period your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is retained so you can upgrade again later.

5. Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with NANDINI. Our refund terms:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on first purchase. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund of that charge.
  • Monthly renewals are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges (see Section 4).
  • Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months remaining, at our discretion, if you cancel mid-term.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or by the same channel used to pay (for example, reversal of an invoice payment).

6. Done-for-you services

Campaign build fees and managed-service retainers cover work performed by our team. Build fees are refundable in full before work begins; once design or build work has started, fees are refundable only for work not yet performed, at our discretion. Monthly retainers can be cancelled with notice for the following month and are not refundable for the current month once work has been delivered.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or breach of our Terms of Service (for example, using the platform for prohibited campaigns). Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction always apply and are not affected by this policy.

8. How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within two business days.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated by email.
